VentureScale was founded by Germain Marquesini - a commercial operator with over a decade of experience inside early-stage businesses. Before founding VentureScale, Germain worked as a founding sales hire, Head of Sales and GTM operator across a range of seed and Series A companies - building pipelines, implementing revenue systems and leading commercial teams through the same growth challenges our clients face today.
